• Our next-day delivery service costs £9.95 and is available in the UK only.
• When selecting next-day delivery, please note that you must order by 12pm Monday to Thursday for delivery the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

• As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking information via email. We also recommend downloading the DPD (UK deliveries) or FedEx (International deliveries) app which will keep you informed about delivery timescales and allow you to control your preferences.

• We deliver to the USA with FedEx, and we ask that you allow up to 10 working days for orders to arrive with you.
• As soon as your order has shipped, you will be provided with tracking details.
• Please note that we have temporarily suspended delivery to all other international destinations pending review of our carriers. We hope that this will only be short-term and wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

• We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
• We do not currently offer delivery to any countries not listed under 'International Deliveries' above.

• Goods may be returned for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging and in a fully saleable condition.
