At Halcyon Days we're celebrating Made in UK Day 2021 on Tuesday 9 March. For 70 years, we've been committed to preserving ancient artisan skills and creating jobs locally. As well as the obvious environmental benefits, buying British-made products is to join a journey along a path that's paved with excellence. A journey that's seen generations of craftsmen and women learn almost unchanging, meticulously mastered techniques from their predecessors. Made to last a lifetime, all the pieces we create in our Stoke-on Trent factory evoke a rich past as well as, with your help, a bright future.
The bottom of all our ceramics and enamel boxes proudly display a 'Made in England' stamp. Next time you're putting away a precious trinket or brewing a hot cup of tea, turn your product over and take a moment to think about all the talent, history and heritage that have brought it in to existence.

UK manufacturing is worth £192 billion to the UK economy and employs 2.7 million people. More than 65 million people live in the UK. If everyone bought just one item made in the UK worth £40 on #madeinukday it would be worth £2.6 billion.
