Position Description

To join a growing Brand Management team at Halcyon Days Head Office in Mayfair, London.  A newly created role that would suit a recent Business/Marketing or Design Graduate. The role is for an initial period as a paid Intern through to the end of 2015, and could develop into a full time, permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

1) General marketing support

•    Support the Marketing Manager with day to day tasks
•    Take images of all bespoke items for the archive and the bespoke catalogues which go out to key distribution
•    Support the organisation of photoshoots and filming
•    Assisting with all the development of the print, including catalogues
•    Take responsibility for all the PoS material which the retail store needs in conjunction with the marketing activity
•    Update all social media platforms
•    Writing press releases

2) Resources, files and software.

•    Update all the Collection Notes on a seasonal/ad hoc basis in line with new product launches, and distribute same to all the sales personnel and distributors
•    Assist with sample management – sending out to relevant contacts e.g. press
•    Assist organising VIP events and press days

Position Requirements

•    Graduate in – Marketing/Business/Media/Design/Photoshop and/or illustrator experience essential. Able to work independently
•    Experience of PowerPoint and Excel essential
•    Highly organised and methodical with meticulous attention to detail, be able to prioritise workload and ensure processes are clearly followed
•    Experience of working in teams with a willingness to carry out a range of tasks to support the marketing team
•    Able to work independently while showing willingness to learn and a desire to develop in a creative environment
