Faulty Goods – if the item is faulty in any way, please return it to us within 14 days on receipt of purchase date and we will offer a full refund against the original method of payment.
Personalised items – there is a strictly NO REFUND POLICY on personalised items.
Exchange Policy – We will exchange items if they are returned within 14 days on receipt of purchase date, providing they are in the original packaging and in a fully saleable condition. You must also provide the proof of purchase. If no suitable exchange item is immediately available, we will offer a credit against your account or gift vouchers only.
Repairs – Clocks & musicals are sold with a 12 month guarantee and any faults within this period will be repaired or exchanged free of charge.
For clocks and musical boxes over 12 months old, we can only offer a repair service if the movements are still available and a charge will apply.
For enamel boxes, we can offer a repair service to replace broken mounts and enamel parts if the shape and design are still available and a charge will apply.
